- The product must be in its original packaging and unused condition.
- The request for replacement must be made within 2 days of receiving the incorrect product.
- The provided photo and description clearly demonstrate that the wrong product was delivered.
- You will receive the replacement within the 7 business days.
4. Refunds: Hyperwrap does not offer refunds for any reason. We solely provide replacement services for incorrect products delivered.
5. Shipping Costs: In the event of a wrong product delivery, Hyperwrap will cover the shipping costs associated with the return of the incorrect item and the shipment of the replacement product.
6. Order Policy: : After an order has been placed, cancellations are not permitted; however, adjustments to the order can be made within 24 hours of placement. Please note that refunds are not available once an order has been placed.
